User Data Deletion Instructions (English)

This page explains how to request deletion of data collected about you through the MoveWell Automation application — the tool we use to manage messages, comments and content on the MoveWell Facebook Page and Instagram Business account.

What gets deleted

• Messages you sent us via Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct, including attachments.
• Your comments and mentions on our posts, as stored in our system.
• Your app-scoped user identifier (PSID / IGSID) and the public name received from Meta.
• Any internal record created to handle your enquiry.

Option 1 — Remove the app in your Meta settings

• Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites / Business integrations → select MoveWell Automation → Remove.
• Instagram: Settings → Accounts Center / Security → Apps and websites → select the app → Remove.

Removing the app immediately revokes access tokens and stops any further collection. To also erase data we already hold, send a request under Option 2.

Option 2 — Request deletion directly from us

Email abutair606@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include:

• Your Facebook or Instagram username as it appeared when you contacted us.
• The platform we spoke on (Facebook or Instagram).
• The approximate date of your last message, if you know it — this helps us locate the record.

What happens next

• We acknowledge your request within 7 business days.
• We verify your identity, so that another person's data is not deleted.
• We complete the deletion within 30 days of verification and send you written confirmation.

Data we may retain

We may keep limited information after a deletion request where necessary: order records, invoices and accounting documents we are legally required to keep; information needed for an open dispute or legal proceeding; and technical backups, which are erased on our normal backup cycle and no later than 90 days.

Data held by Meta

Copies of messages and comments stored on Facebook and Instagram servers are controlled by Meta, not by us. To remove those, use Meta's own deletion tools or delete the conversation or comment directly in the Meta app.
