Terms of Service (English)

These terms govern the MoveWell Automation application (the "App") and your communication with MoveWell ("we", "us") through our Facebook and Instagram channels. By using these channels you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. Description of the service

The App is an internal business tool we use to manage MoveWell's digital presence: receiving and replying to Messenger and Instagram Direct messages, managing comments on our posts, and scheduling and publishing content on pages we own. It is for MoveWell's authorised staff only and is not offered for public sign-up.

2. Eligibility

Administrative access is granted only to authorised MoveWell employees and service providers holding the appropriate page and account roles. Contacting us as a customer is open to anyone aged 18 or over, or to a minor with guardian consent.

3. Acceptable use

When communicating with us on Meta platforms you must not send unlawful, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, abusive or inciting content; send spam, irrelevant commercial promotion, malicious links or malware; impersonate another person or misrepresent an affiliation with MoveWell; post a third party's personal information without consent; or attempt to disrupt, circumvent or breach the App's systems or security. We may hide comments, block users, or report content that breaches these terms or Meta's Community Standards.

4. Content you send

You retain ownership of the content you send us. By sending a message or comment you grant us a limited licence to use that content to respond to you and to operate the service. We will not publish the verbatim content of a private message without your permission. Note that comments on public posts are visible to everyone.

5. Intellectual property

The MoveWell name, logo, content, imagery and design belong to MoveWell or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

6. Third-party platforms

The App relies on Meta's Facebook Graph API and Instagram Graph API. Your use of these channels is also subject to Meta's own terms and policies. We do not control platform availability and are not responsible for Meta's changes, outages or service interruptions. MoveWell is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or approved by Meta Platforms, Inc.

7. Privacy

Our collection and use of data is described in our Privacy Policy. Deletion requests are handled per our Data Deletion Instructions.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for continuous availability but may modify, suspend or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time, including for maintenance or security updates.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Responses on Meta channels are provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind. Information we provide in messages and comments is general only and is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment; for any medical condition or persistent pain, consult a physician or physiotherapist. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, and our total liability will not exceed the value of the relevant order.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify MoveWell against any loss, expense or claim arising from your breach of these terms or of applicable law.

11. Termination

We may block access or end communication with any user who breaches these terms, without prior notice. You may stop communicating with us at any time.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of the Jerusalem District have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The binding version is the one published on this page, with the last-updated date at the top. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
