מדיניות פרטיות זו מתארת כיצד MoveWell ("אנחנו") אוספת, משתמשת, שומרת ומוחקת מידע במסגרת הפעלת האפליקציה MoveWell Automation — כלי פנימי המשמש אותנו לניהול ההודעות, התגובות והתכנים של עמוד הפייסבוק וחשבון האינסטגרם העסקי של MoveWell.

האפליקציה מופעלת על ידי MoveWell, ירושלים, ישראל. אנחנו איננו חברת Meta ואיננו מסונפים אליה, ואיננו מיוצגים או ממומנים על ידה.

איזה מידע אנחנו אוספים

מידע שמתקבל מפלטפורמות Meta

  • הודעות שנשלחות אלינו ב-Facebook Messenger וב-Instagram Direct: תוכן ההודעה, קבצים מצורפים, חותמת זמן ומזהה השיחה.
  • פרטי השולח כפי שמסופקים על ידי Meta: שם התצוגה הציבורי, תמונת הפרופיל הציבורית ומזהה משתמש מוצפן ייחודי לאפליקציה (PSID / IGSID). איננו מקבלים את כתובת המייל, מספר הטלפון או הסיסמה שלכם מ-Meta אלא אם מסרתם אותם לנו בעצמכם בגוף ההודעה.
  • תגובות ואזכורים בפוסטים שלנו: תוכן התגובה, שם המגיב הציבורי ומזהה התגובה.
  • תכנים ונתוני עמוד: הפוסטים שלנו, סטטוס הפרסום ונתוני ביצועים מצטברים (חשיפות, הגעה, מעורבות). נתונים אלה מצטברים ואינם מזהים משתמשים בודדים.

מידע שאתם מוסרים לנו ישירות

  • פרטים שאתם בוחרים לשלוח בהודעה או בתגובה — למשל שם, מספר הזמנה או פרט ליצירת קשר — לצורך מענה לפנייתכם.

מידע שאיננו אוספים

  • איננו אוספים סיסמאות, פרטי כרטיס אשראי או אמצעי תשלום דרך פלטפורמות Meta.
  • איננו אוספים את רשימת החברים שלכם, את התכנים הפרטיים שלכם או תוכן שאינו קשור לתקשורת עם MoveWell.
  • איננו אוספים מידע מילדים מתחת לגיל 13 ביודעין.

למה אנחנו משתמשים במידע

  • מענה לפניות — לענות על שאלות בנוגע למוצרים, הזמנות, משלוחים והחזרות.
  • ניהול תגובות — לענות לתגובות, להסתיר או להסיר ספאם, הודעות פוגעניות או תוכן שמפר את כללי הקהילה.
  • ניהול תוכן — לתזמן, לפרסם ולעדכן פוסטים בעמודים שלנו.
  • שיפור השירות — לנתח נתונים מצטברים על זמני מענה ועל נושאים חוזרים כדי לשפר את השירות.

איננו משתמשים בתוכן ההודעות שלכם כדי לאמן מודלים ואיננו מוכרים, משכירים או סוחרים במידע שלכם.

הבסיס החוקי לעיבוד

אנחנו מעבדים מידע על בסיס הסכמתכם (בפנייה אלינו ביוזמתכם), על בסיס ביצוע חוזה (טיפול בהזמנה או בפנייה) ועל בסיס אינטרס לגיטימי בניהול תקין של ערוצי השירות שלנו. העיבוד נעשה בהתאם לחוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א–1981 ולתקנותיו, ובמקרים הרלוונטיים גם בהתאם ל-GDPR.

שיתוף מידע

איננו מוכרים מידע אישי. אנחנו משתפים מידע רק עם:

  • Meta Platforms — כספקית הפלטפורמה שדרכה מתקבלות ההודעות והתגובות, בהתאם למדיניות הפרטיות של Meta.
  • ספקי תשתית ואחסון הפועלים עבורנו כמעבדי מידע, ומחויבים חוזית לשמור על סודיות ולעבד את המידע רק לפי הוראותינו.
  • רשויות מוסמכות — כאשר קיימת חובה חוקית או צו שיפוטי, או כדי להגן על זכויותינו ועל בטיחות המשתמשים.

שמירת מידע ומחיקה

  • הודעות ותגובות נשמרות אצלנו עד 24 חודשים ממועד האינטראקציה האחרונה, ולאחר מכן נמחקות או עוברות אנונימיזציה.
  • מידע הקשור להזמנה עשוי להישמר לתקופה ארוכה יותר כאשר הדין מחייב זאת, למשל לצורכי הנהלת חשבונות ומס.
  • אסימוני גישה (Access Tokens) נשמרים בסביבה מאובטחת ומוגבלת גישה, ונמחקים מיד עם ניתוק החיבור לאפליקציה.

ניתן לבקש מחיקה בכל עת. ההוראות המלאות מופיעות בעמוד מחיקת נתוני משתמש.

אבטחת מידע

הגישה למידע מוגבלת לבעלי תפקידים המורשים לכך בלבד. התקשורת מתבצעת בערוצים מוצפנים (HTTPS/TLS), פניות ה-Webhook מאומתות באמצעות חתימה קריפטוגרפית, וכל פרטי ההזדהות מאוחסנים בנפרד מהקוד ואינם נחשפים בציבור. אף מערכת אינה מוגנת באופן מוחלט, ואיננו יכולים להתחייב לאבטחה מושלמת.

העברת מידע אל מחוץ לישראל

שירותי Meta וספקי התשתית שלנו עשויים לאחסן ולעבד מידע מחוץ לישראל, לרבות באיחוד האירופי ובארצות הברית. בהעברות כאלה אנחנו מסתמכים על מנגנוני ההגנה של הספקים, ובכללם תניות חוזיות תקניות.

הזכויות שלכם

  • לעיין במידע שאנחנו מחזיקים עליכם.
  • לבקש תיקון מידע שגוי או לא מעודכן.
  • לבקש מחיקת המידע.
  • לחזור בכם מהסכמה ולהפסיק את התקשורת איתנו בכל עת.
  • להגיש תלונה לרשות להגנת הפרטיות במשרד המשפטים.

Privacy Policy (English)

This policy explains how MoveWell ("we", "us") collects, uses, stores and deletes information through the MoveWell Automation application — an internal tool we use to manage the messages, comments and content of the MoveWell Facebook Page and Instagram Business account. MoveWell is based in Jerusalem, Israel. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.

Information we collect

  • Messages sent to us via Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct: message content, attachments, timestamps and conversation identifiers.
  • Sender details as provided by Meta: public display name, public profile picture, and an app-scoped user identifier (PSID / IGSID). We do not receive your email address, phone number or password from Meta unless you send them to us yourself.
  • Comments and mentions on our posts: comment text, public commenter name and comment ID.
  • Page content and metrics: our own posts, publishing status and aggregated performance data (impressions, reach, engagement). This data is aggregated and does not identify individual users.

We do not collect passwords or payment details through Meta platforms, we do not access your friends list or private content unrelated to your communication with MoveWell, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

How we use it

  • Responding to customer enquiries about products, orders, shipping and returns.
  • Managing comments — replying, and hiding or removing spam, abuse or content that breaches community standards.
  • Scheduling, publishing and updating content on our own pages.
  • Analysing aggregated response times and recurring topics to improve our service.

We do not use your message content to train models, and we never sell, rent or trade your information.

Legal basis

We process data on the basis of your consent, the performance of a contract, and our legitimate interest in operating our service channels, in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and, where applicable, the GDPR.

Sharing

We share information only with Meta Platforms as the provider of the messaging platform, with infrastructure and hosting providers acting as processors under contractual confidentiality obligations, and with competent authorities where required by law.

Retention and deletion

  • Messages and comments are retained for up to 24 months from the last interaction, then deleted or anonymised.
  • Order-related information may be retained longer where accounting or tax law requires it.
  • Access tokens are stored in a restricted, secured environment and are deleted as soon as the app connection is removed.

Security

Access is limited to authorised personnel. Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS), webhook requests are cryptographically signature-verified, and all credentials are stored separately from code and are never publicly exposed. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International transfers

Meta and our infrastructure providers may store and process data outside Israel, including in the EU and the United States. We rely on those providers' safeguards, including standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, withdraw consent at any time, and lodge a complaint with the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority. Contact abutair606@gmail.com — we respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page and material changes will be posted here.
